Business Office Technology students Sherri Howard and
Lanita Sellers, both of Hattiesburg, received Antonelli College Student of the Quarter Awards. The award is based on scholastic achievements and demonstrated leadership
abilities, and candidates are nominated by the Antonelli College faculty members.

“Receiving the award was a big honor,” said Sherri, whose studies emphasize accounting to prepare her for a career in bookkeeping, accountant assisting, or accounts payable/receivable. “I’d just like to thank the faculty who nominated me.”

“I had no idea that I was going to receive this award,” said Lanita, whose studies emphasize legal assisting to prepare
her for a career in legal assisting, legal research, or paralegal work.
