Antonelli College Offers FREE Classes to People in the Community
Cincinnati – May 21, 2010 – Antonelli College West Chester is offering the first two free community classes. The two classes will be held on Saturday June 5th beginning at 9 am and 11 am. It is the goal of the college to continue this service by offering a variety of Saturday classes that touch on subjects that the community has shown interest in.
"We're proud to provide this service free to our community residents," said Interior Design Department Chair, Deborah Norman. "It is a great way for us to give back to the community and raise awareness about our new satellite facility in West Chester."
The Basics of Staging Your Home – How to get the most out of this Tough Housing Market
Time: 9-10:30am
Description: In this competitive real estate market, you need every advantage you can get. Let Interior Designer, Mike Greene will show you how to prioritize colors, arrange your furniture, and bump up your curb appeal. Real Estate Agent, Phill Nagley will explain the current housing market and will also discuss short sales, ways to avoid foreclosure and purchasing bank owned properties. Their methods are designed to help you get the optimal price for your home. Mike Greene has spent years working with clients throughout New England, Florida and Ohio. Description: Are you in a design rut? Is your home is ready for a new look, but you just don’t know where to begin? Let a pair of fresh eyes with great style help you start with your windows to freshen your outlook. Whether it is framing a special view, reducing glare or just creating a statement, Interior Designer Tracy Burske, owner of Maple Tree Interiors will explore window treatments and can open your eyes to new possibilities. She’ll also discuss ways to conserve energy costs and she’ll let you in on color trends for 2010-2011!
