Antonelli College’s Patient Advocacy degree program is built on the same foundation as our Medical Coding and Medical Administrative Assistant programs to equip you with a solid foundation in medical terminology, procedures, and billing and insurance policies. Curriculum also includes anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, pharmacology, and medical laws and regulations. You can become well-versed in medical procedures, patients’ rights and ethical issues.

As a patient advocate, you often are expected to be the voice of the patient and to ensure that they receive access to the appropriate healthcare resources at the right cost.
