Alpha Beta Kappa is the premier national honor society for America's private postsecondary schools, institutes, colleges, universities and distance learning institutions – serving many institutions for the past 34 years. The qualifications for membership are: excellence in classroom, shop, studio, and laboratory work; leadership and service in class and school activities; and personal integrity and good moral character.

Open to: All students who have a 3.6 GPA and have completed a minimum of 36 credit hours (not counting transfer credits)
